About us
Our Mission
Prayer Baptist Church exists to glorify God through worship, discipleship, and service. We are committed to teaching the whole counsel of God's Word and equipping believers to live faithfully for Christ. As an Independent Baptist church, we hold to historic Baptist principles while maintaining autonomy under the lordship of Jesus Christ. Our desire is to see lives transformed by the gospel and communities impacted by biblical truth.

Jesus Christ, Son of God
We believe in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, fully divine and fully human, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose from the dead.

The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity, who indwells every believer, convicts of sin, regenerates, guides, comforts, and empowers for service, gifting believers for the building up of the church.
